Feeder Unit
1.Adopt multi-shaft servo drive pressure-free feeding, reduce cardboard damage and keep cardboard against pressure.
2.Independent servo motor drive, accurate vacuum transfer
3.Several row brushes and anti-static system to keep the paperboard clean before coming into printer unit, printing quality promised.
4.Main motor is protected from start-up when units are not fully closed and locked.
Printer Unit with Vacuum Transfer(servo drive)
1.Vacuum for paperboard transfer, ceramic-coated transfer wheel for increasing the friction and service life.
2.Printing register adjustment is servo motor driven.
3.Imported Doctor-blade inking system is available. (Optional)
4.IR system for drying is available. (Optional)
Dryer Unit(Independent IR dryer system optional)
1.IR lamp is segmented control. So lamp could be set according to paperboard width to save power.
2.IR dryer makes water-based coated paperboard surface to dry very quickly. So ink smear will not happen and also the machine speed improved with high quality product.
Slotter Unit ( Double creaser )
1.New design single shaft with double slotting knives. Internal gear adjusts the height of the carton box and prevents the lubricant oil from spilling or leaking onto the paperboard.
2.Slotting bases move along linear guide rail and are driven by lead screws for flexible and precise movement.
3.Double creaser slotter unit: use large creasing structure,more perfect creasing effect; the outer is made of urethane ,which will not damage the paperboard.
Rotary Die-cutter Unit (Independent Servo Drive Optional)
1.50mm side to side oscillation of anvil cylinder device.
2.Anvil cylinder speed compensation achieved by adopting independent motor , the compensation scope is 5mm.
3.Anvil cover trimming system to keep surface flat and smooth.
