Printer Unit Featrues:
A. Printing Cylinder
● High grade steel ground and chrome-plated.
● Run stable with dynamic balance done.
●Available with Matthews system, on the two ends with locking system to promise printing plate precisely putting .
● Full groove for hanging strip insert, specification is 10mmx3mm.
● Foot pedal for printing cylinder turning to hang and take off the printing plate.
B. Pressing Roll
● High grade steel ground and chrome-plated.
● Run stable with dynamic balance done.
● Self-locking system is applied on the caliber adjust of the pressing roll, range from 0-12mm
C. Rubber Roll
● Wear resistant rubber wrapped around the steel pipe surface.
● Fixed speed difference between rubber roll and anilox roll, so the ink scrapping will be much better.
● Specially ground for the rubber roll center, ink transfer will be much better
● Self-locking system is applied on the caliber adjust of the rubber roll, range from 0-12mm.
D. Registration Adjust System
● Planetary gear system applied.
● Printing register controlled by PLC and motorized.
● Lateral register controlled by PLC and motorized (±10mm).
● Printing cylinder registration adjusted by converter, fast adjust, zeroing and higher precision.
●After printing plate cleaning and close the units, it will come to the original position automatically.
E. Quick Set for Pull Collars.
● Upper roll: Solid chromed steel roll attached with three pull collars.
● Lower roll: Chromed on surface.
● Quick move for pull collars.
● Self-locking system is applied on the gap adjust of the pull roll, range from 0-12mm.
F. Ink Circulation System.
● Pneumatic Single Diaphragm Pump，stable inking and easy maintaining.
● Ink will not be pumped when the rubber roll and anilox roll not completely touched.
● Indicator will be on if abnormal inking.
● Filter applied to remove the impurity.
● Stainless ink basin.
● 0.4-0.5kg ink could be saved for each time ink change or wash for each unit.
● Automatic washing system; after ink return finished and washing will be auto on.
G. Printing Registration Fixed Structure.
● Magnetic clutch brake system: when units are open for registration adjust and washing, the brake system stop the gear running. And the gear stay in the same position.
● Cam bearing applied for the impression roll working, wear reduced and run more stable.
