Product Detailed
Feeder Unit (Sun Automation Lead Edge feeder)
1. Continuous or skip feeding is available with counter.
2. Sun Automation Lead edge feeding system is adopted, can adjust the feeding distance, and reduce the pull roller pressure.
3. Lead Edge feeder with four wheel-shafts and strong vacuum transfer for precise and stable feeding.
4. Frequency inverter controls the vacuum suction and pressure (Increased or decreased) to match different sizes of paperboard.
5. Feeding roll is made of two-layer rubber, inner layer is soft and outer is hard. This not only makes inner more flexible but also ensure the outer surface more wear-resistant, can reduce the paperboard flatten damaged.
6. Motorized and PLC control of feeding rolls clearance and side baffles.
7. Motorized backstop forward/backward and up/down position for easy and quick adjustment.
8. Dust removal system with several segmented draught fans direct suction, multi rows of brushes, several rotating round brushes and anti-static dust cleaner can maximum clean the dust and scraps from the paperboard surface.
9. The upper feeding roller it covered with wear-resistant anvil rubber, and done with the dynamic balance correction.
10. The lower feeding roller is embossed and with chrome plating.
11. Pressure roller driven by Camshaft, and reduce abrasion and driving more smoothly.
12. Functions buttons on the control panel are simple and centralized for easy operation.
13. Rubber surface for paper guiding roller can avoid damaging paperboard and increase accuracy of paper sending.
Printer Unit: quick change of printing plate(non-stop for printing plate change is optional), imported doctor blade inking system
