Sun Automation Lead Edge Feeding System
Ø Continuous or skipping feeding is available with counter
Ø With three shafts and strong vacuum suction. So the feeding precise and stability are promised for both high speed and low speed.
Ø EXTEND-O-FEED supplied by Sun Automation, feeding stroke could be adjusted to reduce feeding roller impression.
Ø Frequency converter control the vacuum to match different size paperboard.
Ø High stability with high speed, less noise and variation.
Ø Feeding roll gap, left and right side guides are PLC controlled.
Ø Backstop forward and backward movement PLC controlled for fast setting.
Dust Removal System
Ø Anti-static system, dust removal system with several brushes and segmented vacuum sheet cleaner.
Upper and Lower Feeding Roll
Ø Upper feeding roll wrapped with wear resistant rubber.
Ø Lower feeding roll surface knurled and chrome-plated.
Ø Feeding roll gap PLC control, range is 0-12mm.
Ø Cam bearing applied for impression roll power transmission, wearing reduced and also transfer more stable.
Units Open and Close, Zeroing System
Ø Main motor protected from starting up when units are not completely closed and locked.
Ø Encoder applied for all units with zeroing function.
Ø Zeroing function used for sample making, generally speaking two paperboard are enough.
